At MCB the work climate is fast paced and international as we are in close contact with the parent company in Denmark regarding all aspects of our work: tasks, projects, leadership, future development etc. We regularly welcome managers and colleagues from Denmark, and for the time being we have a Danish project manager working with us in Hanoi. The corporate language is English and all communication and task descriptions are written in English. Therefore, all our staff need to have good English skills in both speech and writing.

Web designer and web developers
Our highly skilled web developers and web designers in Hanoi cooperate closely with web designers in Denmark in order to provide high-level product quality. We develop all web solutions from designs created by our Danish colleagues.
All web designers and web developers work closely together with programmers to finalize the production of websites and webshops as well as mobile versions of these.
Furthermore, the web developers are contributing to maintain and upgrade current MCB webshops and websites, as well as developing new sites and solutions.
We are proficient in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash Dreamweaver, and possess practical experience in Javascritpt, ASP, PHP and MySQL.
Programmers
Hanoi programmers actively take part in the management to assist our team in Denmark with designing the system to the requirements of a systems analyst as well as system maintenance and development of solutions.
In cooperation with web designers, located both in Hanoi and Denmark, our programmers handle website database set up, support web designers and developers in MCB Website content management and enhancement of existing applications.
Our programmers enjoy analyzing, testing, maintaining and enhancing code to meet various requirements of our clients in Denmark.
